There are indications Saddam Hussein is again engaged in building atom bombs. Richard Butler, former head of UNSCOM — the UN Special Commission that dealt with uncovering Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction — disclosed in New York recently that the Iraqi dictator had reassembled his nuclear weapons team.
