Former political leaders from around the world gathered in Kuwait in February to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its liberation from Iraq and the victory over President Saddam Hussein. In reality, few people see Saddam Hussein as any sort of loser. Indeed, in many quarters his popularity has never been stronger.
