A shortlist of five entries in each of the categories will be selected by an independent advisory board.

Nominees will be notified the second week of September 2008 and further information may be requested from them.

The judging panel will then select a winner among the shortlisted nominees in each category.

The winners for the 17 categories will be announced at the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner on 10th October 2008.
