Pop Ups can be integrated into the page to avoid Pop Up blockers
You can submit animated Gifs or Flash animations.

Limits:

20Kb for banners and buttons

30Kb for skyscrapers and large rectangles

Animations should be limited to 3 repeats.
Flash and graphics artwork can be created to your requirements.
